Can I amend or cancel my order?
We're sorry to advise that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to* or cancel your order once placed
*This includes any delivery address changes you may request.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below Sign In.
You will be asked for your login email address to reset your password. An automatic email will be sent to you within an hour, simply follow the instructions to reset your password.
I have a question about my samples.
With every merchandise order at abeautybar.com you have the opportunity to select free samples. You can view the samples available by visiting the check out page. After you have selected the samples, your samples will be automatically added to your parcel. Samples are limited and change often. Only one of each sample can be added per order. Substitutions will be made for out of stock samples.
Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
A Beauty Bar offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all H.K. merchandise orders $500 and over. For shipments totaling less than $500, there is a delivery charge of $45 for Standard shipping. Our standard delivery time is 3-4 business days. Gift Cards and promotional code do not apply.
What is the Abeautybar.com returns policy?
- Product exchange will be issued for any full priced unopened merchandise that must be returned with original packing within 10 days of delivery date.
- All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original receiptand return to:

- No exchange will be accepted if the products areon any sale, used, opened or damaged.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- No refundswill be issued.
- To return any items, please contact Customer Service at 2833 5157 or by email email@example.com from Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 6.00pm.
- Postage will not be refunded, if applicable.
- Please allow one to two weeks from the dateyou return the productfor exchange progress. You will be contacted once your exchangeis completed.
- A Beauty Bar is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages must be reported to Customer Service on the date of delivery.
- A Beauty Bar reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
