How can I track my order?
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email from A Beauty Bar (this is also your receipt). If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please contact our Customer Service team between 10:00 am – 7:00 pm ET Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) by phone at +852 2833-5157.
Once your order send out, you receive an email confirming it has dispatched with your tracking number. You will receive additional email notifications to alert you of your dispatch progress. To track your order, click on the link in your email shipping notification, or if you created an account on www.abeautybar.com.hk, go to My Account/Order History.
On average, your order should take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Keep in mind that during key promotions and holidays, we may experience delays in our warehouse or with our logistic carriers. Be assured that we do everything to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
